Marystowe Harvest Festival a huge success

Marystowe is a rural church with a limited number of local inhabitants, so it was heartwarming to see so many turn out to support this year's harvest festival.  Particular thanks to Vicky, our flower rota organiser, who with Barbara, Margaret, Anita, Carol, Rosie, Gladys, Trudi, Di and Sue (I hope I haven't haven't forgotten anyone!) put on a fantastic floral display.  The photos can be seen in the video at the link below.  Richard Searight, our Local Lay Minister, led the service which, although attended by just 12 people, raised £100 for the Shekinah Charity in Plymouth.  Food donations were in abundance and donated to Tavistock Food Bank.

So a huge thank you to everyone - a result to be proud of, and your support to keep the church alive and active in Marystowe is greatly appreciated!
