Are you or your loved one living with memory loss, dementia or as a carer? We would love you to join us on Thursdays in the heart of Roundshaw. A friendly, relaxed cafe style set up, where each week we follow a similar structure (for familiarity) of welcome, refreshements, crafts/games, an organised activity (from Tai Chi, drumming, health chats, films, etc) and always ending with singing and dancing! We have a fabulous team of volunteers alongside and together we grow in friendship and support, sharing laughter and tears. We have strong links with many health and social care professionals who come visit, and many of us are great listeners if you need to talk. Do come visit - you will be so welcome. No charge, no pressure.

Valerie runs two fledgling choirs from 5-5.30 (under 8s) and 5.30-6.30 (8yr olds up) in St Michael's. You are welcome to pop along and get a feel any week. The choir is here to welcome and grow our singing confidence through both sacred and secular music. Come along as a one off or on a regular basis to the Community Drop In at St Paul's. The cafe area is open with free refreshments throughout. Plenty of games, puzzles, activities for all ages. A warm and welcoming space whether you want time alone or time with others. All are welcome, including well behaved dogs on leads.

Every Monday during term times St Paul's Church holds a lunch club aimed at the senior members of our community. Come along for a Homemade 2 course meal with some very friendly members of the congregation and local community for less that £5. for more information and accurate dates and times, please contact Madeleine 0208 669 1770.

Local men of all faiths and none hosting local men in a warm space. Space for chatting, sharing a cuppa and for those who want to walk a short led walk leaving at 6.45! Come along and get involved - no expectations other than being a man - if you like to walk great - if you prefer to sit and chat - great.

Step inside for a few minutes as we start the day with a 10 minute guided reflection from 24:7. Stay for a cuppa or head back upon your way. All are welcome. Lectio365 24:7 prayer is downloadable as an App to access anytime on the move or at home. A great way to join with others in daily prayer.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Sutton Mental Health Foundation to offer these drop in sessions on alternate Wednesdays at St Paul's. No need to book and no experience of either needed. These are fun, open sessions to introduce us gently and for any who wish to simply drop by for a cuppa to do so. There will be listening ears available throughout for anyone who'd like some 1:1 time to chat but otherwise enjoy making new friends and connecting with old.
