Our normal Sunday Service at St John's is at 10am - but the type of service may vary:
On the 2nd and 4th Sundays each month we have a Holy Communion services with Junior Church (with a variety of different activities for the different ages). On the 2nd Sunday, it is Sung Eucharist, and the 4th Sunday is Holy Communion - both services have the choir lead music, but on the Sung Eucharist service the choir will sing an anthem.
The first Sunday is an all age Service (no-communion & family friendly) and on the 5th Sunday we join with other churches in the Benefice for a Benefice Service which may be in Hook or one of the other churches in the Benefice. See our website for details.
On the 3rd Sunday each month we have Morning Worship with Junior Church (with no Holy Communion).
our 11am services on 2nd & 4th Sunday will be Family Worship in Rotherwick
Every week at St John's (unless the Monday is a bank holiday), we have an evening service. See our website for details.
We aim to have a Holy Communion service at St John's every Sunday, on the third Sunday, this is usually at 6pm as part of our evening worship.
We sometimes have an alternative service in the 6pm slot - eg Choral Evensong, Carol Services etc! Please check our website for details.
Every second Sunday we meet in Rotherwick for Evensong.
We mainly meet weekly on Zoom, apart from typically the 1st Wednesday in the month where we meet in person at St John's, Hook. Messy Church is usually on the 3rd Friday each month at St John's straight after school

On Sunday 24th May, we will be having a Service of the Word
On the first Saturday each month, we usually have a cake sale, drop in have a coffee and buy cakes. We sometimes also have crafts for sale, things which the craft group make - and may include Christmas table decorations or other seasonal products.
BCP Holy Communion. The 8:30am services rotates around the benefice. Once a month, it is at St John's.
at 10 am on the first Sunday each month at St John's, we have a family friendly all age service, followed by coffee
Every 1st Sunday the 11am service will be Family Communion in Rotherwick Church. There will also be children's activities.
St John's Lunch Club - 2nd Tuesday each month, book via the Benefice Office, £6 per person. Home cooked food, and a nice friendly atmosphere. All Welcome.
The third Sunday each month in Rotherwick, our morning worship is a Contemporary Worship. It will still be followed by Coffee and an opportunity to have a chat with us
