“It takes a village to raise a child”

We are a small, nurturing stay and play group aimed at 0-5 year olds (older siblings too)
Everyone is welcome here from newborns to older children, parents, caregivers and grandparents.
We have lots going on each week for everyone including self led baby sensory play, messy play, outdoor ride on toys, arts, crafts, books and more.
We have a weekly free food and clothing/toy swap table where you can bring and swap items you no longer need with other bits as your child grows. We like to encourage being eco friendly and do our bit for the environment which in turn teaches our children this valuable knowledge.
Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the session.
Many of us are home educating our children and this is a home ed friendly group. We try to provide a different stimulating learning activity each week to engage the older ones. It’s also a great place to connect with other like minded individuals.
We encourage attachment parenting and provide nursing cushions for breastfeeding mums as well as a weekly visit from babywearing consultant (Amie). She is on hand with Slings by the Sea local sling library which is available at every session.

Keep updated with our regular activities via our facebook page “Mundesley Together” and we would love to see you there.

Trunch: St Botolph

St. Botolph's, Trunch is located in the centre of the village. This grade 1 church has been at the heart of the community since medieval times and boasts a number of interesting and important features. The font canopy is only one of 4 in the country and the rood screen still shows the Apostles in much detail, despite having their faces defaced in the Reformation. We currently have two services per month, a Holy Communion on the 2nd Sunday of the month and Morning Worship on 4th Sunday of the month both at 10am. In addition, there are regular events held throughout the year, Cinema and live concerts, flower festivals, exhibitions, and an annual Crib Service on Christmas Eve at 4.30pm.  All are welcome to our events and services.

Our Parishes are committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO [Allison Jackson on 01263 720826 or [email protected]] or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor [Sue Brice on 01603 882345 or [email protected]].
