Continuing Upper Tas Valley Benefice's exploration into the spirituality hidden in popular films, from Tuesday 14th July there'll be an opportunity to take a look at the film 'Chocolat' based on the novel by Joanne Harris (lasts 5 weeks). There is a study book which will enhance the experience but it's not essential. However you will need to have seen the film recently. The only other things you may like to bring are a Bible and something to drink. Very much hope you can come!

At this time of Pandemic we are trying to keep cheerful - and there are lots of ways! But it hasn't changed the fact that we're mortal and that life at the moment is shaped by the fact that we are mortal and trying to deal with a pandemic that's already claimed the lives of thousands of people. So it wouldn't be at all surprising to find ourselves sometimes wanting to talk about death, dying and funerals. Grave Talk is a relaxed and an informal café-style opportunity to chat with others about life, death, grief and society's reaction to each of these. Grave Talk is offered on a four-week rolling programme and you will be very welcome to join in - all you need to bring is a cup of coffee!!

Food bank Collection suspended

Every day at 9 a.m. for 8h

Church Lane, Fundenhall

The churches in Upper Tas Valley actively support the Trussell Trust Foodbank in Norwich and it's satellite food banks. In-date non-perishable food and toileteries are needed. The situation with Covid-19 means that food is urgently needed but our collection point has had to close temporarily. You may want to make a financial donation direct to the Foodbank rather than a food donation at this time.

Open Church

Every day at 10 a.m. for 6h

Church Lane, Fundenhall
Fundenhall
Norwich

St Nicholas Church, which can be found at NR16 1AH and is now open for private Prayer and reflection every Sunday from 10am.
To keep safe and well, we ask that visitors follow the COVID-19 guidance displayed in the church during their visit.
At present the church is not permitted to hold baptisms, weddings or public worship, but looks forward to the eventual easing of restrictions that will enable them to resume. In the meantime, please be assured that we are praying for everyone who is ill, all who love them, and all who are caring for them and for all who have been bereaved during the pandemic.
