On the first Sunday of the month, a Communion service from either BCP (traditional language) or Common Worship (modern), with hymns, readings and prayers. Sometimes replaced by Morning Prayer (BCP or CW).
Refreshments served afterwards, in church or outside.

A short gathering for prayer and an Act of Remembrance, as we remember those who have died and continue to die in the service of their country. We meet in the church, and continue at the War Memorial outside it.

A meeting of those elected to manage the running of St Michael's, its place in the local community and its relationship with the wider Church.

Hot drinks, good company, and plenty of cake in the church decorated ready for Christmas. Today we'll be drawing the winners of the Christmas Prize Draw launched at Harvest-Tide - but before that there will be plenty of time to buy more tickets! There's usually home produce, books, and more cake to be bought also. A fundraiser for our church.

The traditional village service, with all the well-loved carols and Christmas readings in the church decorated for the season with tree, candles and the crib. Afterwards there's the opportunity for a glass of sherry and a mince pie. Or something chocolate for those who prefer. ("Did you say '...OR chocolate'....??!")
