Our benefice has been in vacancy since Jan 2025, when our previous Rector, Revd Bill Rowell, retired. Since then, an excellent team of lay members have faithfully ensured that the church remains alive. We have had good support from local clergy who have ensured that the many baptisms, funerals and weddings have been covered; as well as nearly all Sunday services. We have met as a Benefice on an occasional basis with our Rural Dean to ensure good communication across the parishes.
