About Us

Welcome to St Margaret of Antioch church in the small village of Wellington. The church has been here for many years with parts of it dating back to the 12th century. Despite the age of the building, we like to present a much more modern approach to our ministry and worship.

We have a service at 1100 every Sunday (except the 5th Sunday of the month when there is a group service at 1030 at one of the churches in the benefice.

On the first Sunday of the month there is a short service of Morning praise which is lay led. The second and fourth Sundays are Eucharist whilst the third Sunday is a family service. All Services are based on Common Worship.

In addition there is a short Eucharist service every Wednesday at 0930.

Wellington is part of a benefice of 6 churches which spreads from here almost to Weobley.
