For the month of August, our normal routine of parish services will be suspended and a new pattern will be followed. Just for this one month, the focus will turn to services on a benefice wide basis, a practice normally reserved for the fifth Sunday. Each Sunday there will be one service at 10.30 am and this will cycle around the benefice so that each church will act as host for one Sunday in August. 

The programme is as follows:

3rd August  -  Birley, Outdoor Holy Communion

10th August  -  Canon Pyon, Holy Eucharist, also the Patronal Festival of St Lawrence

17th August  -  Kings Pyon, Holy Communion, Eco Service, also the Patronal Festival of St Mary

24th August  -  Wellington, Café Church

31st August  -  Westhope, Holy Eucharist,  

In addition to the above there will still be the normal first Sunday Said Communion service at Wellington on Sunday 3rd August, and the Wednesday 09.30 am Communion service will be held as normal.
