A quiet and thoughtful service using the Book of Common Prayer. There is usually a short homily and we use the Common Worship readings and Collect for the day. The readings are read by members of the congregation and there is no music.

This is a traditional choral evensong. There is an excellent choir and there are hymns, sung responses and an anthem. Our talented musical director and organist often plays a wonderful organ voluntary at the end of the service. We usually follow the service with refreshments.
