In ancient times the people of God presented to the Lord an offering of first-fruits as a sign of their dependence upon God for their daily bread. At this Lammastide, we will bring a newly baked loaf as our offering in thanksgiving to God for his faithfulness, and it will be become the bread used in the communion.
After the service, please stay for a tea or coffee, biscuits, and a chat.

Lasting about half an hour, the gathering begins and ends with music, and includes a short Bible reading, and about 20 minutes of quiet. It is a time for peaceful contemplation, focusing on God who is within each of us. It is not always easy to still the mind, but being together is helpful and supportive.
Anyone is very welcome to share this time of calm with us, and find the refreshment it brings.
