This is a great opportunity for the local community of Coxley, and the area around Wells to enjoy cold or hot drinks at Christ Church Coxley. Come and enjoy chatting with and getting to know other people over a drink. Everyone is welcome to come! The church is a very pleasant tempreture on hot days, and it's heated on cold days, so come and enjoy space all year round!

At the start of each year, it's a great opportunity to review priorities and commitments. During this service of Holy Communion we renew the covenant between us and God. There'll be Bible readings, singing, prayers and a short talk, as well as Holy Communion.

This is a beautiful service, which uses service booklets so that you know which parts the minister says, and which parts the congregation say aloud. One of the main parts of the service is the Psalm for the day, which is either said aloud or sung. This is followed by readings from the Bible, including the joyous words of the Virgin Mary when she learned she would give birth to Jesus, and the heartfelt words of Simeon, when he recognises the Messiah when he meets Jesus. The service ends with prayers: the Lord's Prayer, the prayer for the day, a prayer for peace and a prayer for help against troubles. There are four hymns which are sung during the service, and a a short talk too.

Taize is worship with gentle chants, readings and times of silence. It's rather like mindfulness while inviting God to speak. If you haven't tried Taize before, you are in for a treat.

Join us at this Holy Communion service, which is a chance for people from all three parishes to worship together each month. The service is for all ages, with singing, Bible readings, prayers, and a short talk. There is space for children to play and be creative in the church, or they can join in with the service. This is a more relaxed church service than other Holy Communion services, making it great if you're exploring your faith. Everyone is welcome, and there's a chance to chat to other people after the service over coffee.

Join us at this informal brunch at Christ Church Coxley. There'll be food, an optional quiz and a talk. There is also activities and crafts for children to do. This is a great monthly event to attend, and new people and families are always welcome to come along.

When baby Jesus was taken to the Temple, he was recognised as the Son of God by two faithful believers. At Candlemas we remember this event and Jesus being the Light of the World. Join us for a Holy Communion service with hymns.

Join us for a Holy Communion service to mark the start of lent. During the service the mark of the cross will be made on everyone's forehead. The ashes are made from palm crosses which are associated with the start of Holy Week with Palm Sunday. This is a very special way to start the period of lent, and everyone is welcome to attend.
