Our annual All Souls service, will be hosted this year by Henton Church. This is a gentle service to remember loved ones who have died and everyone is very welcome to attend. Christ Church, Coxley

Welcome to our page on A Church Near You!

Christ Church Coxley is a beautiful church in the village of Coxley, near Wells, covering the parish of Godney too. We are part of a group of 3 churches and 4 parishes, known as a benefice, which are looked after by Revd Jan Shellard-James.

There is a weekly prayer meeting which is held on Tuesdays. And a Community Cafe which is held on Thursdays.

On the 1st Sunday of the month, there is Holy Communion. 

On the 2nd Sunday of the month, there is a traditional Evensong service in the evening with organ music and singing.

On the 3rd Sunday of the month, we all join together to worship, and the location of services is rotated between the three churches in the benefice. 

On the 4th Sunday of the month, is a relaxed service over brunch, which is free, and very much enjoyed.

If there's a 5th Sunday in a month, this is also a joint service, and rotated between the three churches in the benefice.
