Dr Gwendolyn Toth is recognised as one of America's leading performers on early keyboard instruments who, as a soloist, has performed on many of the most significant16th and 17th century organs throughout Europe.
She is the founder and artistic director of the acclaimed American period instrument ensemble ARTEK and has made many recordings with them. She teachers Historical Performance Practice at the City University of New York.
At St Cuthbert's Church she will be joined by soprano Emily Addis.
There will be music by composers from the 14th to 16th century, including John Dowland and John Bull.

Tea and home-made cakes and scones will be available during the interval.
All funds raised through ticket sales and teas will help maintain the church's organs.
