The West Somerset Food Cupboard, which is supported by many people in the communities around West Somerset, was for many years facilitated and administered by St Michael the Archangel. It is now a separate registered charity, but still operates from the church premises and we work in close partnership. It provides boxes and bags of food for people in difficulty across West Somerset, and more recently has launched a local Food Pantry.  Have a look at the website (below) for more details. Since its inception many thousands of boxes have been prepared and delivered to those in need and this number is growing. As we face a cost of living crisis, it will continue to serve those facing food poverty.
