Learn this popular Chinese meditation and gentle exercise system, with an experienced practitioner of over 40 years.
The class consists of:
· A short Tai Chi routine
· Chi Kung set for loosening balancing and co-ordinating movement
· Learning techniques of moving mediation
· Developing postural stability
· Developing core strength and effortless power
· Basics of meditation and relaxation
