The God who is with us in the everyday – in the joys and sorrows of life (and everything in between) and the One who, through His spirit, longs to reveal Himself to those who do not yet know Him. There are two different prayer events in our churches as we join in with prayers for God’s Kingdom to come in the hearts and lives of His people today. Please do come along to both. · St John’s church: 4pm Sunday 17th May ‘The Lord’s Prayer in 60 minutes’ – a time of prayerful reflection on each line of this special prayer Jesus gave us· St Anne’s Refectory: 10.30am Wednesday 20th May ‘Exploring the Lord’s Prayer’ – a ‘circuit’ of activities to journey through as you contemplate what this special prayer means to you. · Pick up your free Prayer Journal and / or Devotional booklet available in church on the 10th of May, the Sunday before Ascension Day.
