Our vicar retired at Easter and we are now in the process of recruiting a replacement. This post will cover three churches - St Mary's, Christ Church Colne and St Michael's Foulridge; which together are known as a benefice.During the vacancy services will continue at St Mary's, normally weekly, and led by priests and lay people from the Diocese of Blackburn.If you would like to talk to someone about anything to do with St Mary's but especially baptisms, weddings or funerals, please contact one of the church wardens whose details are shown under the Get in Touch tab.Service times are advertised on the Trawden Parish Facebook site, on a banner on the church roadside wall and here.St Mary's are very grateful to the many people who have offered to help during this vacancy, including from our sister churches and the Diocese of Blackburn.
