Non-Eucharistic prayerful, morning service
Joint service at Out Rawcliffe St John the Evangelist, with the other Over Wyre parishes. The Archdeacon of Lancaster, Ven. David Picken will preside.
Outdoor, if the weather's fine! Bring your pet along for a blessing, and to give thanks for the companionship and friendship that they bring. Informal!

Begins with a Lantern Procession from the Village Hall at 17.45. Carols are sung and the Christmas tree lights turned on. Followed by food and drink, stalls and activities in/around church, including Father Christmas.

Meditative service with Gospel readings, prayers, and music for the final hour of Jesus' earthly life.
