Accessibility

CHURCH: Toilets are available in the church
CHURCH CENTRE: There are two toilets with one accessible toilet.

CHURCH CENTRE: A baby-changing table and toilet-training equipment is available.

CHURCH: On-street car parking is available as well as a car park (adjacent to the church), located at the bottom of Long Rock.
CHURCH CENTRE: Off-street car parking is available adjacent to building.

CHURCH CENTRE: There is an accessible toilet with hand-rails and wide door.

CHURCH CENTRE: Disabled car park spaces are available.

CHURCH:
Access is via a ramped pathway to the rear of the church.

CHURCH CENTRE ONLY:
Disabled access is available at the rear of the building adjacent to the disabled parking spaces.

There are induction loops in both the Church and the Church Centre

All service sheets and books are produced in large print versions

Assistance dogs are welcome.

The organ in St John's was rebuilt in 1968 by Brownes (of Ash, Kent) reusing material from an older instrument (Eagles, of c1850) in memory of Jane Ougham, a former organist of the church. More information available at https://www.npor.org.uk/NPORView.html?RI=P00005

CHATTERBOX BABY & TODDLER GROUP
Fridays (term-time only), 9.30 - 11am in the Church Centre. 60p per child (includes drinks and snack). A popular drop-in group offering friendship, play, music and messy crafts.

St John's is committed to being a Fairtrade church

There is a Food Bank collection bin located in the Church Centre

There is a hearing induction loop in the centre and the church. Large-print versions of all service sheets are available.
