Our Building

The church always open to visitors and pilgrims and those seeking a moment of private prayer and devotion

Grade I listed building. Norman but with possible Saxon origins.
No electricity.
Lighting with candles.


Music and Worship

Occasional concerts of different genres.

There being no electricity, the organ has to be pumped by hand.


Groups, Courses and Activities

During July each year the St Rumwold Lectures. Lectures are generally on religious, ethical or philosophical subjects. Food and fellowship on offer.

There is a 'dogwalkers' coffee morning on Mondays between 10.00am and midday. All walkers, cyclists, fishermen and visitors welcome. Look for signs to see if it on.


Help for Visitors

The church is normally left open every day for private devotion. Occasionally it is locked for special events and for safety during repairs.
