Owing to an unexpected development, David Felton who was going to give a lecture on Pilgrimage and the Via Francigena, will be unable to join us on Friday 18th. In his place, Jan Leeming has very kindly agreed to give a talk on Edward Plantagenet, "The Black Prince". Jan needs no introduction and many of you will remember the wonderful talk she gave on René Mouchotte, the Free French Spitfire Pilot. Jan will visit the site of the battle of Crécy next week, what perfect timing.
