If you can't attend church locally, you can still watch an online service streamed from the Church of England. Each week they come from a different part of the country or have a different theme. Draw closer to God in company with people from across the UK. The service is recorded so that you can choose when you want to watch it. You can also see previous services. The new service for a Sunday is available from 9am. onwards.
On Friday mornings, for just half an hour, we meet to pray God’s blessings on our local community. This starts at 9 a.m. and we are meeting together at St Cuthbert's Church, Great Salkeld -outside if possible but otherwise in the vestry. Contact Peter Pickthall for more details. At present some are also choosing to pray individually in their own homes. All over the country similar groups are praying at the same time. This is a positive way of praying for the community. A copy of the Friday Blessing Prayers is attached as a PDF file that can be upload - click on 'view attachment' below. Contact Peter Pickthall for more details: 01768 898396
