You are welcome to come and join us, as we worship God in our Communion service- led by Rev. Fiona Jenkins.
After this - at about 12-15pm onwards - we are having a bring and share cold buffet lunch- just turn up - even if you haven't been to the service - and bring something to share on the buffet table. This is an opportunity for the people from all the churches and chapels in our East of Eden Mission Community (EEMC) to meet together for fellowship and worship. The theme will be: “Tread Gently” Caring for Creation. Addingham Church (St Michael and All Angels) has sought to develop its churchyard in a more 'Creation caring' way.

A chance to meet with others midweek for a simple service with Holy Communion, prayers and a short talk.
Followed by a chance for a chat.
This normally occurs monthly on the 1st. Thursday of the month.

"Zest" at St. Nicholas' Church, Lazonby on Sunday 21st September at 10am.

St. Nicholas' Church, Lazonby - on your right as you drive up through the village from Kirkoswald - just before you go under the railway bridge. Parking on main road near the church., CA10 1BL

"Zest" is a more informal service , family friendly, but definitely suitable for all ages - 0 to 100!
In the middle 1/3 of the service there is the opportunity to go into a group of your choosing (all ages) - craft, Lego, mindful colouring, bible or newspaper discussion group - or just spending time quietly on your own with God. Totally unpressurised and an opportunity for interaction with God and with one another. Good refreshments and chat afterwards
