David Hill is one of Britain’s most distinguished conductors, renowned for his artistry across both choral and orchestral music and equally in demand as an organist, giving recitals at major venues at home and abroad. 

Born in Carlisle, Hill has made acclaimed recordings and collaborated with major orchestras across Europe, North America, and Australasia, with a repertoire reaching from the Renaissance to the present day. His passion for contemporary music is reflected in premieres of works by a host of leading composers.
