You may have heard of 'nine lessons and carols'? Well, ours is 'Six Lessons and Carols' - all the fun of the festive season, just a little shorter. Come and join us to sing the traditional carols and hear the traditional readings.

St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel

Welcome to St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel!

We are a friendly church meeting in a stunningly beautiful building at the foot of Lake Windermere in the English Lake District. We're a short walk from Fellfoot, the National Trust property which is right on the lake.

We gather most Sundays at 11.00; on fifth Sundays we have a united gathering with Haverthwaite and Finsthwaite (see the noticeboards).

St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel is a wonderful building for a wedding, nestled amongst the trees, away from the noise of busy Lake District traffic.
