Music and Worship
The BCP services are now at Nether Wasdale in another of our parish churches
A very small informal choir leads the singing at all except the 10am service on the first Sunday of the month when "Fishing Stone" a group of guitar players and singers take their place
Groups, Courses and Activities
a Lent course, a study group in the Autumn and an Advent Course.
The Gosforth MU has merged with the Seascale MU to form the Gosforth and Seascale Branch. Meetings are usually on the 4th Monday of the month and alternate between the two villages. They include worship, talks on Christian aspects of local and international issues and fellowship over meals and entertainment.
parents or carers are welcome to bring babies and toddlers on Tuesdays from 10am to noon in ST Mary's room in term time

laminated information sheets are in a rack facing the door and can be taken round church.
The Guide Book, Leaflets and postcards are available at the back of Church.
Unfortunately the church is closed at the moment other than for services because we cannot provide covid secure conditions outside of service hours.
The building is open daily from 10 to 4 but often for longer in summer
A stall selling goods is held once a month after the main Sunday service
There is a collection point at the back of church with a list of what food is needed. The food is taken weekly to the foodbank in Egremont.
St Mary's Room is available for hire at £8 per hour. To book contact Ruth Schofield on 01946 725 300.
The room has a capacity for up to 50 people depending on the activity. There is a kitchen with cutlery and crockery available
The toilets are adjacent to it.
