A group that is open to all that has a contemplative heart. We learn more about the Rule of St. Benedict and how its applies to our lives as Christians today. We then reflect on the following Sunday's gospel using the ancient technique of Lectio Divina. None are experts, all are learners as we deepen our friendship with the Lord.
