"Giving Tree". A project run by the Coventry City Mission. The Giving Tree Project provides gifts at Christmas for those disadvantaged children in Coventry who otherwise wouldn't receive them. Last year C.C.M. gave presents to 1125 children. A present of love and hope. Your generosity is required again this year, with cost of living and energy bills going up it's going to be hard. If you would like to buy a NEW gift C.C.M. would be very grateful. Donate them via a collection point ie (St Philips when the church is open) or direct to C.C.M. The address is shown at the bottom of the page. They are unable to accept second hand or soft toys for the Giving Tree. please ensure that only NEW toys are donated. C.C.M. would also appreciate donations of wrapping paper and small rolls of sellotape. These will be given to families with the gifts so that the parents can wrap the presents for their children. The packing of the presents will begin Monday 5th December.Coventry City Mission, Deedmore Road, Coventry, CV2 2AA.Tel 024 7661 5931 e-mail : office@covcitymission.org.uk
