About Us

Located in the mediaeval Spon Street, this mediaeval church in the centre of Coventry has an interesting history.

We are a parish in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, under the oversight of the Bishop of Ebbsfleet, and affiliated to the Society under the patronage of St Wilfrid and St Hilda, which seeks to uphold the Catholic life and witness of the Church of England.

People come to St. John’s from far afield to join in our Sung Mass at 10.00am on Sundays in this beautiful mediaeval church. A warm welcome awaits anyone who joins us for worship.
