CHURCH HEATING

In light of the parish’s financial situation, the decision has been taken to leave the heating off in church until the clocks change at the end of the month. You may wish to dress accordingly!

ST LUKE’S PATRONAL FESTIVAL

We are invited to join our friends at St Luke’s, Holbrooks, for their patronal festival Mass NEXT SUNDAY, 19 October, at 5.00pm.

APPOINTMENT OF THE ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY

Many will have seen the news that the Rt Rev Sarah Mullally has been appointed as Archbishop of Canterbury. Do hold Bishop Sarah in your prayers as she takes up this challenging appointment.

Bishop Paul has written a letter to his parishes—do take a copy of that from the back of church. Fr Dexter is happy to speak to anyone who has questions relating to this appointment.
