An opportunity to join in this traditional devotion as we walk with Jesus to the cross, praying for ourselves and for the world.

On the five Tuesdays of Lent we will take an overview of the Bible, and seek to understand the breadth of the Bible’s contents.

24 February—the history of the Old Testament
3 March—Law, Wisdom , Poetry in the Old Testament
10 March—Prophecy in the Old Testament
17 March—The Gospels
24 March—The Letters of the Early Church

Followed by tea and a time for conversation at 3.00pm.

An opportunity to walk the final journey of Jesus to the Cross and join i a simple celebration of the Mass.

On the night when we commemorate Jesus being betrayed, we celebrate the institution of the sacrament of the Eucharist. Just before he is handed over to death, Jesus gives us this memorial of his death and resurrection. This Mass is followed by a Watch of Prayer as we remember the words of Jesus "could you not watch with me one hour?"

We end our Watch of prayer with the simple office of Compline, or Night Prayer.

The traditional liturgy of Good Friday, in which we hear the Passion of Our Lord, pray for the world for which he died, venerate the Cross and receive Holy Communion. Join us to enter deeply into the mystery of the suffering and death of Jesus.

We join our friends at St Nicholas, Radford, for the Easter Vigil, as we light the Easter fire, hear the prophecies of the Old Testament, renew our baptismal promises and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus with the first Mass of Easter.
