Goa Anglican Centre Festival

Occurring
for 6 hours
Venue
Coventry - St. John the Baptist
Address
Fleet Street Coventry, CV1 3AY, United Kingdom

We look forward to hosting the regional festival of the Goa Anglican Centre. This small Christian charity works in the Indian state of Goa supporting those most in need, and supports British volunteers involved in that work. On Sunday 27 July members of the charity's team will join us for the 11.00am Mass. Then, after lunch there will be a presentation on the charity's work and an opportunity to hear more about the volunteering opportunities that the charity has available. All are welcome to come along and find out more.

Coventry - St. John the Baptist

Welcome to the website of St John's Church, Coventry. We are the Church of England parish serving part of the city centre, Spon End, Lower Coundon, and the Butts.

The church is open from 10.00am to 12.00noon every Saturday. You are welcome to come into the church for some prayer, peace and tranquility, and you can light a candle if you wish. Saturday morning is also the time when our Rector is usually available if you wish to see him about Christenings, weddings or any other matter. Do drop in to see him. Our cafe in the hall is also open on Saturday mornings, so you can enjoy a hot drink and a snack too.

Each Sunday Mass is offered at 11.00am and 6.00pm, and you are welcome to join us at either of those times.

Other opportunities for prayer and worship are offered during the week. Do see our weekly notices or the calendar in the 'Services and Events' section for details.
