After a busy week or so at St Mary's - Hymns and Pimms, Ilmington Flower Festival, Charles Matthews' Organ Recital AND our cake stall at the Ilmington Village Show - we're absolutely delighted to announce that we've made a staggering £1,345. All of which will help keep our wonderful organ in good playing order for a few more years to come. A HUGE thank you to everyone - there are too many to list (AND I'll get into trouble for missing someone out) who contributed their time, talents and money towards our fundraising efforts. You are all fabulous! One special mention to our friends at The Howard Arms whose generous financial contribution covered the cost of the flowers we needed to buy to supplement our home grown flowers (given the weather - our own flowers weren't in such plentiful supply as we had hoped for)! You saved the day! Obviously happy to have made a good amount of money, but even happier that we had a lot of fun doing it. Thank you! See less
