St. Mary's Warwick
Welcome to the Collegiate Church of St Mary, Warwick
St Mary's is a busy parish church, an historic landmark and tourist attraction, set in the ancient town of Warwick. The church is one of the largest in Britain and people have worshipped here for over 900 years.
We hope you'll find the information about our church life, here and on the St Mary's website, of interest and it will encourage you to worship with us. Our aim is to ensure you'll experience a warm welcome and encounter a place of peace and prayer. Whoever you are, the community at St Mary's wants to welcome you, encourage you to share in our life and encounter the Living God who, in Jesus Christ, makes his home amongst us.
St Mary’s is usually open for worship every Sunday (8am, 10.30am and 5.30pm) and every Wednesday (10am and 5.30pm). Please check the latest Weekly Newsletter to confirm details of services and any changes to the regular pattern of worship.
In response to the risks of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, face coverings must be worn in places of worship, unless you are exempt. This is required by law (source: GOV.UK). In addition we recommend that those attending services have had all the available vaccinations.
Sunday morning services at 10.30am are usually live streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
St Mary's landmark tower, a focal point for the town which can be seen for miles around and offers spectacular views of the surrounding county, is the first focus of our fundraising Campaign 2023. We need to raise over £2 million to make urgent repairs to the crumbling stonework. Please donate to Campaign 2023.
