Assemble on Birchover Road at 6.00 pm for mulled wine and a mince pie. Proceed down the village (Nativity costume optional) with short readings and a carol at intervals, then into Church for a service of lessons and carols. Refreshments will be served after the service. Village Hall toilets available. Come and join in this very festive event. In the event of inclement weather, all the readings and carols will be in Church.

We are delighted that the Right Reverend Malcolm Mcnaughton, Bishop of Repton, will be joining us to lead the service on Easter. We have welcomed the Bishop to Stanton before; as he is retiring on 30 April 2026, we are privileged that he will be presiding on this special day. Refreshments will be served after the service.
