St Andrew's Church, Hadfield

We are an active and vibrant community of worshippers who meet together to worship, pray, sing and be together throughout all the joys and challenges of our daily lives.

We describe ourselves as ‘an Evangelical family church’, which means that we value the Bible as the means through which God speaks to us today, and that we are a congregation where people of all ages can feel at home.

Our priest-in-charge is Rev'd David Ridley.

Please contact Rev’d David Ridley or Church wardens for any enquiries.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Hadfield: St Andrew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Derby’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information, including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact our PSO Peter by email: [email protected]. Alternatively, you can contact Lisa Marriott, Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor at Derby Church House, tel: 01332 388678; email: [email protected]. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
