Yesterday we had our final gathering as St Thomas' community. It had all the hallmarks of our life together: Fun, Food, Fellowship and a Fire! It was a time to share good memories and to say goodbye to a community that has been precious to us. We are thankful for all that we have done together: times of prayer, meals, mutual support, serving the wider community and looking after this special building. As we bring this phase of St Thomas' story to a close we begin to look forward to what the next steps will be and how we can best share this space with the community, to the glory of God.

 We know that the Christian story is one of death and resurrection, and so we pray that God would bring new life as we let go of what has been and wait for what comes next.
