Can you make poppies?

In November this year the church will be holding a Remembrance Festival.  Planning is going ahead to create displays and we hope to fill the church with as many poppies as possible.  Currently our Craft Class are knitting and crocheting poppies and many talented people are crafting poppies out of other mediums including bottles, felt, cupcake cases and more.  Already we have over one thousand poppies made not only by the Craft Class but by many friends of the church who are making them in their own time and donating them.  If you are interested pop along to church on a Tuesday 1pm - 3pm to find out more or drop off your own poppies.
