Church of England Diocese of Durham Holy Trinity Darlington

About Us

Holy Trinity is a Parish Church which strives to welcome all. We seek to offer the best we can of traditional with some modern worship. We are a very welcoming group of people and would love to meet you.

We welcome people of all ages to any of our regular weekly communion services.

At the moment, due to pandemic restrictions, the services are mainly on zoom, however we are beginning to open up our doors. You can find more updates about these on our facebook page or by reading our weekly pew sheet.

On a normal Sunday, there is a play area in the church, called 'The Haven' which is well equipped with toys, books, games and godly play for young children. On the first and second Sundays of the month, there are activities aimed at families - a Messy Church gathering on the first Sunday at 4pm and a slightly more informal All Age Service on the second Sunday at our usual morning service time.

Holy Trinity plays an active part in parish life, hosting social events as well as special services such as Remembrance Day, Christmas events and various fundraising activities. There are also good links between our church and uniformed organisations, local businesses and other churches and organisations across Darlington.

There is always help available, should you need it. We are very actively involved with The King's Church foodbank and have a drop off point in our church for foodstuffs.

We look forward to meeting you whether as a ‘one off’ or more regularly.
