About Us

St George's Gateshead is an Evangelical parish with a tradition of biblical teaching and preaching.  It is part of the HTB network of churches.

Our Sunday gatherings are informal and friendly.  There are a variety of mid-week meetings, including Alpha courses.

The church building itself is large and has recently been modernised.  It houses an internationally known ‘Father’ Willis organ.

We offer a warm welcome to all. Whether you are a visitor to Gateshead, or whether you live in the neighbourhood, do look us out.
