St Barnabas' Church is part of our local history. It was commissioned by George Fredrick D'Arcy Lambton in 1867 and dedicated to St Barnabas.
In Church, we will also host a Conservation Day, at the same time as our Heritage opening hours. There will be information about local areas to visit Nature and about local projects to conserve nature. God's creation is being cared for by local people and we want you to know where and how to access it.
We are in the process of building a Wild garden in the Church grounds. It will be somewhere for the local community to visit, rest, observe nature and be still. There will be future projects to get involved in. A local Forest school and Rainton Meadows are working with us.
