Please find attached information on events and services this Advent, Christmas and Epiphany. We have Live-stream Only Services, Community Carols Outdoors and public worship in all four of our churches (with Covid-Safe precautions in place). Our Pastoral Team will also be available throughout the holidays offering support and a confidential helpline open 5 afternoons a week (Monday to Thursday, and Saturday between 1 pm and 4 pm - simply call or text 07306 168 951). And we will continue to offer Family Hampers and Emergency Food Parcels with the Key 2 Life Food Bank and Churches Together, (Tuesday to Thursday from 11 am to 1 pm - please see our leaflet for venues.) So, we do hope that whether you are spending Christmas alone, with family or in a Bubble, you know you are welcome to join us in Jarrow and Simonside. Our Pastoral Team are here to help and support members of the congregation and the wider community and they can be contacted by text or phone using our helpline: 07306 168951 Open 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Thursday + Saturday. Our Clergy and Authorized Pastoral Assistant will be available to help with practical tasks, help and care and we are working with the "Key 2 Life" foodbank to distribute emergency food parcels at our sister churches of St. Peter's, St. Simon's and St. John's.
