From 1st July, the Children's Codex will be displayed one page at a time in St. Peter's Church. On the 1st of each month a new page will be shown. If you wish to come along and view the Children's Codex our church is open 10.30 a - 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Book of Common Prayer is used for this service. Please note: Gluten Free Communion Wafers are available so please ask when you arrive at church. Please note that due to the coved-19 situation no wine will be served at this time.

A time of still and contemplative prayer based on the Northumbria Community's Celtic Daily Prayer. It will draw inspiration from the early Christian heritage of the North East as well as contemporary sources. The prayer time will be about 30 minutes and afterwards there will the opportunity to explore themes from the prayer whilst enjoying some light tasty refreshments and a cuppa.

If you are interested in books please come along and join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 3 pm at Bede's Bakehouse at St. Peter's Church. New members are always welcome to join us.

This service includes hymns and a sung Eucharist. Refreshments are served after the service in Bede's Bakehouse which is on site. Please come along and join us. A warm welcome awaits you.
