St Mary's Stamford

St Mary's Church, Stamford is firmly rooted in the Anglo-Catholic tradition and is under the extended episcopal care of the Bishop of Richborough. We have High Mass on Sundays at 11am and Low Mass on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 12 noon. Feasts and Festivals are as announced. We are a very welcoming group of people and invite you to join us at any of our services. If you visit us, please introduce yourself to any of the Clergy or welcomers.

The beauty of our medieval building, the dignity of the liturgy and music attract people from all over South Lincolnshire who look to St Mary's as their spiritual home. You do not need to live in our parish to come to worship here!

If you would like more information about any of our services or worship, please contact us.

The parish of Stamford: St Mary is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer, PSO. The Diocese of Lincoln’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
