Every 5 years a structural survey is required on the fabric of the church and from it a report is presented regarding work required urgently or in the near future.

From the report we are now commencing on the work required which will cost around £30,000- £40,000.

This work includes replacement of stone, replacement of gutters and roof work as well as general maintenance.

We will keep you updated as the work continues. The PCC does not get any money to do this work so please help and support us so we can continue to keep this church open in future years.

A few updates do far as of 29 July 2026

The front porch doors are presently being refurbished and are taken off site.

The Welby window has had a stone mullion replaced.

Replacement metal down pipes and the old fibre type removed.

Replacement of stone work on the North window. This is more difficult work as the stone embellishment work needs to be recreated. The outside is now complete and work is currently underway on the inside damage.
