Music and Worship

We welcome bell ringers who would like to ring our three bells. Please contact Peter Vergette.
Below is a little of the history written on the three bells.
1. The Tenor 39 1/2”dates from 1607 possibly founded by William Oldfield.
2. This 32 1/2 “was repaired in 1811 by James Harrison II and Bishop Tomline gave 50 pounds.
3. The Treble is dated approx. 1550.

The organ is a two manual and pedal instrument made in 1905 by Alfred Kirkland. Fully restored in 2018 except for the Oboe by David Jones, Lincoln.
