Our church is a medieval delight. The building is an architectural gem that will lead your eyes heavenwards. You can see medieval brasses in the north transept, still in situe, there is the wonderful east window to marvel at, and there are displays showcasing the work of medieval carpenters, as well as lots of information about our colony of bats. This time of the year you may even see a few flying in the church as the babies strengthern their muscles. Children of all ages can sit peacefully colour, or you can do some brass rubbing. There is a library's worth of books and DVDs to browse through as well as some interesting items that you had forgotten you ever needed, plus jigsaws. (You can buy a jigsaw and sit and do it in church if you want to.) To keep your strength up the Trinity Tea Room is open on Wednesdays and at weekends from 10am to 2.30pm, serving hot and cold drinks and snacks, including Wilcox Bakery cakes. Our prices are family-friendly, with a drink and cake starting at just £3.The church is open daily 10am to 3pm Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday CLOSED Thursdays and Fridays.
