Music and Worship
St. Anne’s hosts occasional concerts and live music events throughout the year, including performances in support of church and community projects. Please see our Services and events listings for upcoming dates.
St. Anne’s has a historic Willis pipe organ which is used regularly in worship and for special musical events. Organ music forms an important part of our traditional Sunday worship. St. Anne's is currently undertaking an Organ Restoration Campaign:

A traditional Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion service is held on Wednesdays at 11:00 am, followed by tea and coffee.
Groups, Courses and Activities
Children and young people are welcomed at our 11:00 am Contemporary All-Age Worship, with age-appropriate groups during the service in term time.
Bible study groups and courses take place at St. Anne’s at various times during the year. Please see our website and current events for details.
A Brownie unit meets at St. Anne’s on Thursday evenings during term time. The group is run independently by Girlguiding.
St. Anne’s hosts a range of events throughout the year for the wider community, including lunches, concerts, seasonal events and other activities. Everyone is welcome.
St. Anne’s Stars, our Caregiver & Toddler Group, meets on Thursday mornings during term time from 09:30 am–11:00 am, offering play, crafts, stories and singing in a friendly environment.

St. Anne’s has audio-visual facilities used for worship, presentations and events, including a sound system and projection facilities.
St. Anne’s is an award-winning Eco Church, recognising our commitment to caring for creation and making church life more sustainable. We achieved the Rocha UK Eco Church Bronze Award in 2019 and the Silver Award in 2023, and have an active Eco Team helping us continue this work.
