- Address Bridges Lane Sefton Liverpool, L29 7WG, United Kingdom
A unique opportunity to visit a Grade 1 listed building, a place of continuous Christian worship for over 850 years. There will be guides to answer your questions and there are several signposts around church to follow. A detailed guidebook (£12) will be available to purchase for more detail. There will be some items for sale, a craft table for children and adults to "have a go" and a café selling tea/coffee and biscuits. There will be help available with your family history or graveyard research.
Our Sefton Bell Ringers will generously give their time to allow people to try bell ringing! Please note: Minimum age to ring is 10 or 11 and you need to be able to take instructions and count to 8.
We are very pleased to announce that Ken Hughes Stonemason’s are going to be with us. Stonemasons carve and shape stone blocks, and lay and fit stonework on construction, conservation and restoration projects. There will be demonstrations, a display of work and an opportunity for anyone to “have a go” at this ancient craft.
